Prof. Octavio Loyola-González, Tecnologico de Monterrey, México

Prof. Octavio Loyola-González received his B.Eng. in Informatics Engineering in 2010 and his M.Sc. degree in Applied Informatics in 2012, both from the University of Ciego de Ávila, Cuba. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2017 from the National Institute of Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics, Mexico. He is currently a Research Professor at the Tecnologico de Monterrey's Puebla Campus, where he is also a member of the GIEE-ML (Machine Learning) Research Group. Also, currently, he is a Member of the Mexican Researchers System (Rank 1). His research interests include contrast pattern-based classification, data mining, one-class classification, masquerader detection, fingerprint recognition, and palmprint recognition. Dr. Loyola-González has been involved in many research projects about pattern recognition which have been applied on biotechnology and dactyloscopy problems.

Prof. Ali Kaveh's name is included in the list of the 150 most cited researchers of Civil Engineering and also in the list of the 280 most cited researchers of Computer Sciences and Engineering. Prof. Kaveh is a distinguished professor of Iran University of Science and Technology, fellow of the Academy of Sciences of IR, fellow of the World Academy of Sciences and member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts.

Adil Imad Eddine Hosni is pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science & Technology at Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China. Previously, he received both M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees with distinction in Computer Science in the most prestigious University of Algeria, Ecole Militaire Polytechnique, Algeria, in 2015, and 2014 respectively. Mr. Hosni has published 5+ Journal and Conference papers in top journals such as Information science, Knowledge-Based Systems and Physica A: Statistical Mechanics and its Applications. Their current project is 'Framework for the mitigation of the spread of rumors in Online social networks.' Mr Hosni is a member of the Asia-Pacific Neural Network Society and PC member at the International Conference on Neural Information Processing.

PhD in (Computer Science) from SZABIST, Islamabad, 2019. I have 10 years of teaching/ academics experience at various academics/administrative key positions at different well known universities. I have 05 years industry experience. My areas of interest are Wireless & Sensor Networks, Mobile Communication, Under water Sensor Networks and Network Security. I have supervised more than 05 M.Phil. Research Thesis. I have 03 SCIE indexed, 07 ESCI indexed, 08 HEC recognized journal, 11 online journal publications along with 06 international and 02 national conference publications.

Prof. Fatma ABDELKEFI, Ecole supérieure des Communications de Tunis (Sup’Com), Tunisia

Fatma Abdelkefi received the Engineering degree in electrical engineering from the Ecole Nationale d’Ingnieurs de Tunis (ENIT), Tunis, Tunisia, in 1998, the M.S. degree in digital communications systems in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in 2002, both from the Ecole Nationale Suprieure de Télécommunications (ENST), Paris, France. She was a Research Assistant with the Signals and Systems Laboratory of SUPELEC, Gif-sur- Yvette, France. In November 2002, she joined the Signal Processing Group, Ecole Nationale Suprieure de l’Electronique et de ses Applications (ENSTA), Paris, France, as a Research Associate. She spent two years with the Communication Technology Laboratory, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETHZ), Switzerland and she was a Scientific Collaborator with the Ecole Polytechnique Fédrale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland. Since 2008, she has been with the Higher School of Communications of Tu- nis (Sup’Com), Tunisia, where she is currently Full Professor. She is also an Associate Researcher at the Signal and Communications Department, Telecom-Bretagne, France. Her research interests include advanced signal processing techniques, compressed sensing theory, digital communications, information theory, detection and estimation, localisation and multicarrier systems.
